You’ll receive access information and move-in instructions once you book -- you can access your unit immediately upon booking. 

What are your hours?

You can access all of our facilities 24/7. Our live customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 9PM, and Saturday from 10AM to 5PM.

How can I pay my bill?

Paying your bill with a credit card, debit card or ACH is easy through our website.You can also arrange for automatic recurring monthly payments.

How long is my lease with Bloom Self-Storage?

Your rental is flexible and only month-to-month - it will automatically renew unless you provide at least 10 days notice that you’ll be vacating the unit.

What is not allowed to be stored at Bloom Self-Storage?

A full list is contained in your rental agreement, which includes all flammable items, toxic materials, liquids, explosives, automobiles, and all items that are illegal to possess.

Are your units climate controlled?

All units at our Litchfield location are climate-controlled. Our location in Lee offers drive-up units that are not climate-controlled.

Are my stored items insured?

Renters are responsible for their stored items. If you have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, your stored items may already be covered - we recommend checking your policy or speaking with your insurance agent. Alternatively, Bloom Self-Storage offers Tenant Insurance through StorSmart, which can be purchased when reserving your unit, or at any time by calling 888-545-7627.

5x5 (or similar square footage)

The smallest standard storage unit, this 25 square foot unit is the size of a large closet. It is ideal for those that need a little extra space storage for their belongings, and typically fits a small piece of furniture and a handful of boxes.

5x10 (or similar square footage)

Considered a medium size storage unit, this 50 square foot unit is the size of a large walk-in closet, and typically fits the contents of a studio apartment or one bedroom.

10x10 (or similar square footage)

Considered a medium size storage unit, this 100 square foot unit is the size of an average bedroom, and typically fits the contents of up to three rooms or two full bedrooms.

10x20 (or similar square footage)

This large 200 square foot storage unit is the size of a standard one car garage, and typically fits the contents of up to four bedrooms

This very large 250 square foot storage unit is the size of a large one car garage, and typically fits the contents of a fully furnished 3 bedroom house, including oversized items.
